Return Conditions
Your satisfaction is important to us, but we have established strict guidelines for returns to ensure the quality of our service. Our return policy lasts for a period of 10 days from the date of online purchases. Regrettably, we cannot entertain any refund requests beyond this time frame.
Sale Items
Please note that no refunds or exchanges are permitted for items purchased during a sale period or designated as sale items. However, purchases made within 10 days prior to the commencement of a sale will be considered for return after the sale concludes.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the unique nature of certain products, we regret to inform you that the following items are ineligible for refunds:
- Bride's Wear
- Groom's wear
- Accessories
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All items must be returned in their original tags and packaging.
Proof of Purchase
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item and conducting an inspection, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your request for Store Credit. If approved, your Store Credit will be processed promptly, but please allow up to 15 days for this to be completed.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please reach out to rangrezausa@gmail.com to obtain the mailing address for your return. Please note that shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the shipping cost and applicable taxes will be deducted.
Trackable Shipping
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item and want to ensure a smooth return process.
